I want to return an item?
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, we do offer a 30 day return policy.
Please bring the item and proof of purchase, receipt or invoice to our Castlebar outlet. We will gladly look at the item and give further advice in person.
By return delivery
Please ensure the item is put back into its original packaging as best as possible and then wrapped and packaged securely for shipping (preferably a secure cardboard box). Your receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the item. We cannot accept without proof of purchase. Additionally please add a further note with your name and contact details and the issue you are having. We are not liable for transit damage or lost goods during returns.
